Here's another "summer" skirt that I decided to keep out for the winter.  I decided to keep this outfit simple and neutral with the focus being on my necklaces.  I realized I don't have a big statement necklace so I layered two of my old ones to create a "new" bib necklace.  I love the options from places like Anthropologie and Stella and Dot but unfortunately I'm on a spending freeze so I have to make do with the necklaces I already have.
